We want to ensure your pieces fit perfectly and match your aesthetic, so we've streamlined our process to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items back in their original Clocks and Colours packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
